Development is where projects die quietly.
The script is finished. The financier reads it and sees words. The sales agent reads it and sees risk. Somewhere in the room is a competing project with a teaser, a look, a board and a face — and it is not a better script. It is a visible one.
Traditional development answers this in months and at a cost that only exists after the money arrives. That is the loop.
- iCreative producing of development. Visual answer for the film: references, mood, the look of characters and locations, and an AI storyboard built from cinematic frames rather than drawings. The director keeps authorship. The project becomes visible.
- iiDevelopment package. Built from zero: script, visual answer, board, teaser material — one author, one schedule, one point of responsibility.
- iiiScript audit. A full producer's read against a closed scoring framework, with a verdict, not an opinion. Slate triage included: the same lens applied across a batch, so you can rank what you already own.
- ivAI production. Individual cinematic shots cut into a live-action edit, or a full line produced end to end. Contracted through a UAE entity licensed for film, animation and digital content production.
Feature development with a Russian A-list director. A music video produced end to end on the pipeline. Twenty originals greenlit and supervised at a major streaming platform. Two original universes in production on my own money, where there is nobody to blame.
No public rates. Every project is scoped against its own schedule and its own risk, and I will tell you the number in the first call rather than after three meetings.
Two conditions. One person owns the creative yes in the creative zone — not a committee vote on taste. And the pipeline, the methodology and any pre-existing IP stay mine; what you commission, you own.
